How to Set the Supergo Puls Tech F11

Introduction
I created this blog because I couldn't find any online instructions for setting the Puls Tech F11 heart rate monitor. I just wanted to know how to set the clock.

The unit has 4 buttons. Clockwise from the upper right, they are A (mode), B (alm), C(set), and D (light). The button names are labeled in the thin outer ring of the watch face.

You can't simply set the time. Instead, you must completely reset the unit, set an exercise zone, and then set the clock.

To reset the unit
Press and hold both B and C buttons until all segments are on.

To Install and exercise zone
The unit is flashing with your age. Press button B to adjust the flashing tens digit to your age. Next, press the C button to confirm this value and advance to the ones digit. Again, press the B button to adjust the flashing ones digit. Press the C button to confirm the value and continue to the next setting.

Next you must set your high and low heart rate limits. After setting your age as described above, you see a flashing number indicating your heart rate high limit. As before, press button B to adjust the flashing digit, and button C to confirm and advance to the next digit.

When the high limit is set, the display flashes the low limit. Again, press button B to adjust the flashing digit, and button C to confirm and advance to the next digit.

Setting the clock
At last, the reason we came here. After the above procedure, you're now in clock set mode. Press button B to select 12-hour or 12-hour format. Press button C to go on to the next step.

Next, set the hour. Use the B button to advance the flashing digit to the correct hour. Press button C to confirm, and go on to set the minutes.

When the digits for minutes are flashing, use the B button to adjust the flashing digits to the correct minute. Press button C to confirm. Now you're done.
